📸 Step 1 — Place Your Order & Share Your Photos
Choose your preferred figurine style and size, then place your order.
After checkout, kindly send 2–3 clear photos to service@bonchicly.com.
For the best results, we recommend:
• Clear, front-facing photos
• Full-body photos showing the outfit
• Good lighting with minimal filters
• Additional photos for hairstyles, accessories, pets, or special details
Feel free to include any special requests, such as clothing colors, glasses, hairstyles, poses, accessories, or other meaningful details. 💛
🎨 Step 2 — Receive Your Design Preview
Our artists will carefully review your photos and create a personalized design based on your selected style and details.
You’ll receive your first design preview within:
1–2 Business Days
This gives you the opportunity to review your figurine before production begins.
✨ Step 3 — Review & Approve Your Design
Take a look at your preview and let us know if any adjustments are needed.
Each order includes one complimentary revision.
Small changes such as hairstyle, glasses, accessories, facial hair, clothing colors, or other details can be requested before approval.
Once everything looks just right, simply approve your design.
🎁 Step 4 — We Create Your Figurine
After your design is approved, your personalized figurine enters production.
Our team carefully brings your design to life, followed by a quality check before packaging.
Production Time: Approximately 5–10 Business Days
Please note that production time may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your design and requested revisions.
📦 Step 5 — Carefully Packed & Shipped
Once completed, your figurine will be carefully inspected and packed in BONCHICLY® gift-ready packaging.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
