Full Refunds

Full Refund ��: Before design work starts.

If the customer chooses a wrong size/wrong color/wrong style, need to change or cancel your order, contact us at service@bonchicly.com ASAP. 

Partial Refunds

50% Refund ��: After design begins but before production starts.

No Refund ��: Once production begins (can't resell custom items). Please understand that this is a made-to-order item, it is non-returnable

 

Carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

1). If we send wrong item to you or you received the damaged stuff, Please contact us at service@bonchicly.com ASAP. 

*Return or exchange your items within 15 days from the delivered date.

*Items and gifts received unused, undamaged and in original package.

*Return shipping fee is paid by customers.

2). Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.

The following reasons are NOT covered by our return policy. We are not liable for these issues. Product damage caused by exposure to corrosive substances or chemicals. Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance. Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from customer's handling. Not the product itself, but only the other items or gifts included with the order. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party cannot apply for refund. 

Customer may return the package to the designated shipping address, only if the customer service staff has authorized the return. We will provide a refund as long as we receive the return package; and the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.

Customers shall only return by post office or registered mail,  Any tax is charged, customers pay for it.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. Bonchicly provides one temporary policy, If you are unsatisfied with order (with any quality issue), please contact us within 7 days after receiving order. 

The first step in the refund process is to contact our Customer Service.
