Step 1 — Design Preview
After your order is placed, our team will prepare a personalized design preview based on your photos.
Estimated Time: 1–2 Business Days
Step 2 — Design Approval
You will have the opportunity to review your design before production begins.
Minor adjustments can be requested during this stage.
Step 3 — Production
Once approved, your order enters production.
Custom Figurines: 7–12 Business Days
Personalized Gifts (Mugs, Keychains, Luggage Tags): 2–5 Business Days

Before design work begins.
50% Refund
After design work begins but before production starts.
No Refund
Once production begins, as custom-made products cannot be resold.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Order Number
• Photos of the package
• Photos of any damaged items
Our team will assist you as quickly as possible.

For most customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Europe, additional customs charges are uncommon.
