Design Time: After ordering, send us your photo (portrait or cartoon) via customer service service@ bonchicly.com. we need 1-3 working days to for design work.
Design Proof Approval ⏳: We'll send a design preview within 2 business days for your approval.
Production & Shipping : Once approved, customized items like cup and cardholder takes 2-3 business days for production. Please note that custom toy figure takes 7-12 business days.
Shipping Costs and Methods: We offer free shipping for order above &89 by Standard Shipping. For express shipping please choose the shipping method at check out page.
If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

Preorders
We provide an estimated shipping date for preorders, however we cannot guarantee an exact date. Preorders are charged at the time of purchase. If your order contains the in-stock and pre-order, everything will ship together when available.
Order Change/Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at service@bonchicly.com ASAP.
You can reply directly to your order confirmation email, we're happy to accommodate you.
Full Refund : Before design work starts.
50% Refund : After design begins but before production starts.
No Refund : Once production begins (can't resell custom items).
Lost package
Please keep in mind that we hand packages over to the shipping company, but they are delivering it! Not all circumstances are under our control, and you are responsible for tracking your package and receiving it. Any claims for lost packages need to be filed within 21 days of the order being shipped.
If tracking says delivered, but you have not received it. Please email us with the information and we will start an insurance claim for you.
Where does package ship from?
Our warehouse is based in China. When package lands in your country, it will be delivered by local carrier.

Restrictions
We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at service@bonchicly.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.
Customs and import taxes
For most customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and EU, our parcels are small personal gifts and usually do not incur customs duties.
However, customs regulations vary by country and by order value. In the rare case that your local customs office applies a fee, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, or import charges.
We always declare packages carefully to minimize the risk of additional charges, but we cannot guarantee tax-free delivery in all regions.If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Expedited shipping for your order.
Customers shall assume full liability for all shipping costs, customs duties, and handling fees if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
With some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or slight delays in providing tracking details, we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible.
Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control. If your tracking shows the package is held or pending inspection, we suggest contacting your local customs office for assistance.
Accidents
If any item or package is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubts about possible damage, you must do the following

Save the damaged packing materials for inspection.
Take photos of the damaged items and packaging.
