2. Design Proof Approval: We’ll send you a design preview within 2 business days. Review it carefully and let us know if any adjustments are needed. ⏳

3. Production and Shipping: Once you approve the design, production takes 7 - 15 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your chosen method: fast shipping takes about 5 - 10 business days, while standard shipping is around 10 - 15 business days.

Product Care

· Eco - Friendly Resin: Our figures are made from safe, eco - friendly resin. However, they are fragile, so handle with care. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, high heat, humidity, and organic solvents like alcohol.

· 3D Printing Characteristics: Minor imperfections such as layer lines, seam marks, or a slight packaging odor are normal and not considered grounds for return. These are inherent to 3D printing and add to the unique charm of each piece.

· Color Disclaimer: Due to technical limitations, there may be slight color differences between the design preview and the final product, especially with bright or neon colors. We strive for the highest color accuracy, but please note that by ordering, you accept these potential variations.

· Structural Adjustments: For durability, parts like frames or glasses will be thickened to 1mm or more. If you have specific design requests, don’t hesitate to contact us!
