 Production & Shipping : Once approved, production takes 7-15 business days. Shipping times depend on your selected method, fast shipping about 5-10 business days, Standard shipping about 10-15 business days.

Material & Care

·       Eco-Friendly Resin  Safe material, but handle with care! Store in a cool, dry place.

       Care Tips : Made from PLA+ or Resin (fragile). Avoid dropping, long-term sun exposure, high heat or humidity, and organic solvents, e.g., alcohol to preserve quality.

·       3D Printing Characteristics  Minor imperfections like layer lines, seam marks, or slight packaging odors are normal and not grounds for return.

·       Color Disclaimer : Due to technical limitations, there may be slight color differences . e.g., muted tones in bright or neon colors, between the design preview and the final product. We optimize color accuracy as much as possible—ordering means you accept these potential differences.

We'll freeze your story in a mystery box! Customized with your image, it includes a calendar marked with your special date (e.g., birthday ddmmyyyy). Packaged like retail blind boxes, it turns unboxing your 3D figure into a uniquely surprising experience.

Additionally, we offer a giftbox option at $9.9, Size: 15×15×7 cm, Elegant bow knot and decorative colored paper filling, perfect for gifting or enhancing the unboxing experience.

Design Guidelines

·       Cartoon Style Only : Designs are stylized, not 100% realistic.

·       No Metal Textures ⚙️: We can't replicate real metal, but we'll match colors as closely as possible.

·       Structural Adjustments : Parts like frames/glasses will be thickened to 1mm+ for durability. Contact us for design tweaks!

·       Full Refund : Before design work starts.

·       50% Refund : After design begins but before production starts.

No Refund : Once production begins (can't resell custom items). 

·       Customs and import taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

For most customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and EU, our parcels are small personal gifts and usually do not incur customs duties.

However, customs regulations vary by country and by order value. In the rare case that your local customs office applies a fee, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, or import charges.
