🛠️ How It Works

1. Order + Send Photos

After ordering, simply send us your dog’s photo (portrait or cartoon style) via email: service@bonchicly.com
Close-up face photos + clear body photos work best.

2. Photo Preview Design (1–2 business days)

We need 1–2 business days to create a photo-based preview design.
Please review it carefully and let us know if any adjustments are needed.
⏳ Quick confirmation from you = quicker production of your toy figure.

3. 3D Modeling (5–7 business days)

Once the photo preview is approved, it takes 5–7 business days for us to complete the 3D modeling design.
After the 3D model is finished, we’ll send you a 3D modeling preview for your approval.
⏳ Again, quick confirmation will help us finish and ship your figurine faster.

Revisions & Adjustments

To make sure your custom dog figurine is just right, we’re happy to include one complimentary adjustment during the design process.
If you’d like further refinements after that, additional updates are available for $9.9 per adjustment.

4. Production (5–10 business days)

After you approve the 3D model, your figurine enters full-color 3D printing and hand-finishing, which takes about 5–10 business days.

Standard: 7–15 business days
Expedited: 4–6 business days

✏️ Design Guidelines

Cartoon / Chibi Toy Style Only: Cute, stylized, collectible appearance — not hyper-realistic.
Metallic Items: Colors will resemble metal, but texture won’t be fully metallic.
Glasses / Accessories: Will be thickened to at least 1mm for durability.

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

For most customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and EU, our parcels are small personal gifts and usually do not incur customs duties.

However, customs regulations vary by country and by order value. In the rare case that your local customs office applies a fee, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, or import charges.

We always declare packages carefully to minimize the risk of additional charges, but we cannot guarantee tax-free delivery in all regions.
