🎨 Will the Figurine Look Exactly Like My Photo?
Our figurines are created in BONCHICLY's signature chibi/cartoon-inspired style. Rather than producing a hyper-realistic sculpture, we carefully preserve the personality, facial features, hairstyle, outfit, and overall likeness of your photo while transforming it into a charming collectible figurine.
📷 What Photos Should I Upload?
Please upload 1–2 clear, front-facing photos with good lighting. Avoid filters, blurry images, side profiles, or group photos whenever possible. Feel free to tell us about hairstyles, glasses, facial hair, clothing, accessories, pets, or any special details you'd like us to include. To achieve the best overall result, some very small details may be simplified during the design process.
🖌 Can I Request Revisions?
Yes! Every order includes ONE FREE REVISION after you receive your first preview.
Additional revisions are available for $9.90 each.
Please note:
• Once 3D modeling begins, the approved reference photo cannot be replaced.
• Small adjustments such as hairstyle, glasses, accessories, facial hair, or colors can still be requested before production.
• Multiple revisions may extend the production time.
🔁 Returns & Cancellation
Because every figurine is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.
Refund Policy
• 100% refund before design begins
• 50% refund after design begins but before production
• No refund once production starts
